Refund Policy [last updated on 12/03/2026]
1. Digital Products
All EasyWpTools products are digital downloadable WordPress plugins sold worldwide.
No physical goods are shipped.
Purchases may include:
- plugin download access
- license key delivery
- updates
- support hub access
- limited support access where applicable
By completing checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy, both of which are shown during checkout before payment.
2. Important Email Requirement
A valid email address is essential when purchasing.
The email used during checkout is used for important services such as:
- order confirmation
- license generation
- access to My Account
- download access
- purchase history
- support identification
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address.
If an incorrect, inaccessible, mistyped, or different email is used, this may prevent access to purchases, accounts, downloads, or license activation until resolved.
This does not automatically qualify for a refund.
3. My Account and License Access
Customers should use the same purchase email address when accessing My Account.
Using a different email may prevent previous purchases and licenses from appearing automatically.
If access issues occur, customers should first use the Support Hub or contact form for account assistance before requesting a refund.
4. Support First Policy
Our primary support system is the Support Hub.
Customers are expected to check the Support Hub before contacting us, as many common questions are already answered there.
Direct support through the contact form is mainly for issues not already covered in the Support Hub.
Refund requests may be delayed or declined where the issue is clearly solved by existing Support Hub guidance.
5. Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered where:
- the plugin has a verified critical fault we cannot resolve
- the product materially differs from its advertised description
- you were charged more than once for the same order
- the wrong license tier was purchased and no misuse occurred
- a technical issue prevents normal use and reasonable support could not resolve it
- applicable consumer law requires a remedy
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are normally not granted where:
- you do not have a WordPress website
- you use Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or another unsupported platform
- your hosting/server does not meet requirements
- your email was entered incorrectly at checkout
- you used a different email from the purchase email
- you did not read the product description
- you did not read the checkout Terms & Conditions or Refund Policy
- the issue is already covered in the Support Hub
- you did not follow available setup instructions
- a third-party plugin or theme conflict exists
- your website uses custom code or snippets causing issues
- you changed your mind after purchase
- you no longer need the plugin
- you expected custom development or bespoke work
- your host blocks required functions or connections
- you request a refund after abusive behaviour, fraud, piracy, or policy breach
7. Downloads, License Delivery, and Digital Access
Because our products are digital goods, access may be considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
- order completed successfully
- license key issued
- download made available
- files downloaded
- account access granted
Where permitted by law, refunds may be limited once digital access has begun.
8. Troubleshooting Before Refund Decisions
Before approving a refund, we may require reasonable troubleshooting steps, such as:
- checking the Support Hub
- confirming WordPress compatibility
- verifying hosting requirements
- confirming correct email access
- checking plugin/theme conflicts
- reviewing error messages
- testing standard installation steps
9. Time Limit for Requests
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase, unless a longer period is required by applicable local law.
Late requests may be refused unless legally required otherwise.
10. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe or the original payment route where available.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us or using available support options, we reserve the right to suspend associated licenses, accounts, and future purchases where permitted by law.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
Where mandatory rights apply, those rights continue to apply.
13. Contact
For issues not covered in the Support Hub, please use the official contact form on our website.
